My phone is constantly stopping and starting charging, is it faulty?

The main reason for this is usually because the charger is set up incorrectly and it is not receiving enough power. The SnapMount requires a minimum of 5V/2A. Please ensure you are using our included Quick charge 3.0 car adapter. We include the correct adapter in the box. Usually, USB ports in a car will not give the required power output so please double-check.
