There can be a few reasons why your phone is not charging. Firstly make sure you have a wireless charging compatible phone, you can check the compatibility section on the product page.
Please also check to make sure you have it all plugged in correctly as per the instructions, make sure that you can see a blue light on the Snap logo on the SnapMount. Please ensure you are using the correct cigarette adapter plug that is included in the box. If you are using a standard USB port in the car that is only standard 5V 1A and not fast charging, charging will not be stable.
If the ‘S’ logo is illuminated blue, you are ready to charge. If you find that your phone is still not charging and you have met all the conditions above, one other possible reason could be incorrect positioning of the magnetic ring. If the magnetic ring is not placed in the correct position then this will stop the phone from charging onto the car mount even though the setup is correct.
