If you finish setting up the PowerBase and find that your smart watch is not receiving any power and not charging at all, it is very likely that you are using the incorrect plug.
The PowerBase requires at least 9V 2A of input which is 18W to charge the watch and other devices. You need a QC USB A plug that can deliver 18W at a minimum of 9V 2A. These are usually known as quick charge plugs. We do offer a quick charge plug in our store, the link is Here.
